Michele Brown fills Town Board vacancy Michele Brown was recently appointed by the Caroline Town Board to fill a vacancy as Councilperson through December 30, 2023. For the past three years, she has served the Town of Caroline on the Economic and Land Use Development Task Force, the Planning Board, and the Zoning Commission.

The current zoning draft proposes measures to protect our streams and wildlife habitat that are not protected under current federal, state or local laws.
